The Western Coalition of Arid States (WESTCAS) is pleased to announce that its 2009 Fall Conference will be held at the Westward Look Resort in Tucson on October 28, 29 and 30th. The theme of this year’s meeting is the “ABC’s for Sustainability of Water and Wastewater in the 21st Century”. The Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department and the Metropolitan Water District would like to extend a personal invitation to all members of the local water community to join us for this informative event.
